At the heart of Kimbrough and Company is my purpose to move people through art, movement, and authenticity.

I’ve lived many chapters: as an athlete, a Broadway performer, a fitness and wellness expert, a producer, and an entrepreneur. Through it all, one truth has guided me, I’m here to help people find their fit, their power, and their voice.
