The class will also identify habits and mindsets that are hindering you from achieving your desired success, and exploring career opportunities and possibilities tailored to you.
*Actors should prepare sides (2 to 4 pages) or a one-minute monologue. Please be completely off-book and material memorized.
*Musical theatre performers should prepare a
16 and/or 32-bar cut of their choice. Please have song memorized and sheet music in binders with cut clearly marked.
*If you have questions on preparing your music please come early and Christian will make sure you are prepped and ready.
*Bring hard copies of your headshot and resume (optional).

COVID Guidelines For In-Person Activity
In accordance with New York City’s new regulations regarding gyms and performance venues, Open Jar Studios & Kimbrough and Company will require proof of vaccination for entry into the studios and workshop (12 years or older).
Vaccinations are required*
1) For everyone’s protection Open Jar Studios & Kimbrough and Company are requiring vaccinations for all students participating in in-person activity.
2) Vaccinated individuals: Be prepared to show Photo ID and your proof of vaccination in one of these forms:

3) Vaccinated individuals required to show a negative COVID test of entry to studios. Rapid Covid test accepted.

At Home Tests are permitted if taken on studio premises.
Special requests*
1) Special requests for a vaccine accommodation will be considered for religious or medical reasons on a case-by-case basis. Students seeking an accommodation should email showtime@kimbroughandcompany.co to make the request.
2) If approved by both Open Jar Studios & Kimbrough and Company a negative COVID test taken within 72 hours of entry to studios.

Wear a face covering* & Practice physical distancing*
1) All those on the premises are required to be masked at all times, except when presenting or performing work in class.

Bandannas and neck gaiters are prohibited unless a mask is worn underneath.

The face covering must cover the nose and mouth, and fit snugly, but comfortably, against the face.

Sharing of masks is not permitted.

Masks must be worn during group exercises. Masks can only be removed when performing or presenting solo or paired work.
